The nominations for the Student Radio Awards were tonight announced at nominations paries across the country.
Host of Late Night Chat Julie Ann Loch has been nominated for both Best Female Presenter and Best Newcomer, while long-running primetime show The Big Chewsie picked up three nominations, in the catgories of Best Entertainment Programme and Best Male Presenter with hosts Ben Anderson and Adam Wilbourn.
Tom Goble recieved a nomination in Best Interview for his interview with Srah Palin after he won the silver award for his Sandi Toksvig pieve last year.
RaW's speech programmes are also well represented, with comic show Dead or Alive and Tash Collie's radio soap Slow Hands nominated for Best Scripted Programming, and news magazine RaW News Insight collecting a nomination for Best Journalistic Programming.
The full list of nominees will be published on the Student Radio Awards website later this week.
